Hi, I’m liberty.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult (AuDHD) and parent to two amazing neurodiverse kids, my journey to today has illuminated a fundamental truth: regulation is the first step towards effective…everything.
From the age of five, the hours spent with horses on our small family ranch instilled in me a profound understanding of the power of co-regulation. Horses provided a sense of calm and connection, and in many ways, a trusted friendship.
These experiences, combined with a background that spans education, advocacy, years of immersion in home education, a brief stint in the corporate world, parenting, and neurodiversity-affirmed learning (and un-learning), brought me to where I am today.
Combined with pursuing an ICF Neurodiversity Coach certification through CReW Coaching Institute, a PATH International Equine-Assisted Facilitator and Horse Powered Reading® practitioner, my approach integrates relational coaching and nervous system awareness, focusing on the whole person.
